Each training session provides you the exact same training you would get if you hired your own dedicated implementer for your company. The difference is your experience will be in a group setting with other Visiting Angels franchises and their leadership teams rather than just you and your leadership team on your own. Each session is a stand alone session. After each session, you decide if you want to continue or not.

Each session is held virtually from 9am to 4pm ET. During the training session, you will learn how to implement different EOS® tools into your organization and will be given the opportunity to work with your leadership team to work through that process. The result is that the next day, you will be able to implement EOS® in your organization.

In order to receive the full experience, you will need to bring your leadership team whether that is just your business partner or eight people. The We Run on EOS® system is not intended for your whole company. It is intended for you and your leadership to learn the EOS® process guided by an experience implementer. As part of the EOS® process, we will teach you how to roll out EOS® to the rest of your organization.

You do not have to share your information if you want to. You only share what you feel comfortable with.

We realize that not everyone can hire their own dedicated implementer. However, research does show that having an experienced implementer working with you and your leadership team increases the effectiveness of EOS® versus implementing on your own (self-implementation).

Working in a group setting, provides you the same experience as working with your own implementer but in a more cost-effective way. The shared cost and group implementation make it more affordable compared to hiring your own  dedicated implementer.

You can hire your own dedicated implementer at any time. After each session, it is your decision if you want to continue in a group session setting, implement on your own or hire a dedicated implementer.

Many organization implement EOS® on their own. By attending just one session, you will be better set-up to implement on your own because you will have received guidance from an experience implementer.

There is never a perfect time to start, but the sooner you implement EOS®, the sooner you can see the benefits. Having a guided process takes the burden off you to know everything about implementation. The longer you wait, the more potential revenue you may be leaving on the table.

By participating, you will go through the same in-depth process as hiring an dedicated implementer, but in a guided, collaborative setting with other franchises. You will learn the EOS® tools and have the support to apply them directly to your company, just as you would with a dedicated implementer.

You will get the exact same training that an individual company who hires an EOS® implementer would get,  but in a group setting.
